Bags,Stationery and back to school items.

Our business is expanding and growing. We are seeking for the potential candidate to be our team as the following vacancies.

Merchandiser & Purchasing

Job Description:-

Sourcing and Procurement both domestic and international purchasing/ cost comparison basic for overall operation
Coordinate and implement all details of sample development from concept to final sample
Responsible from sourcing, quotation, sampling, production arrangement to final shipment.
Create detailed product specification for hand off to the supplier.

Negotiate, build and maintain relation with both new and existing supplier in order to maximize company profits.
Control the supply by sourcing new or alternative suppliers to optimize the flexibility- as well as cost effectiveness.
Maintenance and update lists of approved suppliers and evaluate suppliers according to time schedule.
Overview and follow up of activities and monitoring progress of purchase order up to delivery, goods receiving, and payment.
Record incoming raw material and control all sample stock.

Qualification:-

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years experiences in sourcing/purchasing both local and oversea suppliers. Has an experience with bag will be advantage.
Love in fashion and well knowledge in retail fashion business.
Have the excellent knowledge of international purchasing, order acknowledgement, delivery, goods receiving and shipping process.
Willing to work hard in fast moving and love challenging job.
Excellent Time Management, Organizational and Multitasking skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking) is a must.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be advantage
