At least 5 years experience as a Production Manager in circular knit and garment production and manufacturing
Bachelor degree or higher in Textile Engineering
Good command of spoken and written English, Spoken Thai or Laos will be advantageous.
Matured and firm and able to lead, coordinate and train a team
Proficient in computer applications
Nnowledge of ISO, TQM and KPI
Knowledge of process, method and setting work instruction planning
Knowledge of Line layout, Line Balancing, and overall Industrial Engineering Planning
Proactive and initiative with strong background
Attractive base salary or family package with other fringe benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
Base in Vientiane, Laos
